Ghanaian Footballer Henry Addo Donates $50,000 Bus To Childhood Club Ebony FC
Henry Addo, a young football player from Ghana, has shown incredible kindness by giving his boyhood team, Ebony FC, in Kumasi a brand-new bus worth $50,000.
Addo, who just signed his first professional contract a year ago, is now on loan from Maccabi Tel Aviv to play as a left winger for OFK Beograd in the Serbian SuperLiga.
His gift has been characterized as an uncommon act of generosity from a rising celebrity who hasn’t forgotten his origins.
Ebony FC, who are preparing for their maiden campaign in the Access Bank Division One League, expressed deep gratitude for the donation.
In a statement, the club said, “We at Ebony Football Club want to express our heartfelt gratitude to our former player Henry Addo and his family for providing us with a bus to make our maiden #AccessBankDOL campaign easier. Your kindness means a lot to us, and we are so thankful for your generosity. Thank you.”
The bus is expected to ease the team’s logistical challenges as they embark on this historic journey.
Many people have praised Addo for his action and said it sets an example for other Ghanaian football players.
The teenage winger has brought attention to the value of community support in the development of football talent by giving back to the team that raised him.
This present serves as both a mode of transportation and a source of inspiration for Ebony FC when they take the field in Ghanaian football.

Timeless Messi: Four-Goal Haul, Solo Wonder Goal And 7-1 Rout
Inter Miami ended their slump with an emphatic 7-1 thrashing of Montreal. Lionel Messi stole the show with a sensational four-goal haul, including a breathtaking solo strike after slaloming past three defenders.
The Argentine maestro, who also weighed in with an assist, delivered a performance for the ages. He got his first strike after his curling free-kick took a heavy deflection off Petrasso.
The No. 10’s second goal was a pure work of art. Collecting the ball from Luis Suarez on the edge of the ‘D’, the forward danced past three defenders in tight quarters before finishing clinically on his right foot. His third arrived via a trademark chipped finish after being slipped clean through on the goalkeeper. Finally, at 6-1, Lionel Messi capped the rout with a signature masterpiece: a sublime free-kick from the edge of the area.
Inter Miami brought an emphatic end to their recent slump ahead of Kily Gonzalez taking the managerial reins. In contrast, Messi, the leading marksman in MLS, took another step towards the landmark of 1,000 career goals, lifting his elite-level tally to 927.
