CHASS now believes security men who are hired for the various senior high schools lack the needed training to ensure schools are secured and students are checked, so creating a unit for senior high school security is the best way forward.

The proposal was part of many to the Minister of Education, Haruna Iddrisu, when they met in Sunyani.

Conference of Heads of Assisted Secondary Schools (CHASS) is hopeful that their proposal will be given some thought and implemented to ensure high disciplinary standards in the various high schools in the country.
